If the timing chain was done, why not?

Ah Tulsa, I hate that city. It’s where I spent 6 weeks for training and where my M3 decided that it wanted to be a 4 cylinder due to a faulty throttle position actuator. That said, it’s tittering on NP, but that’s a lot of miles (16.5k/yr) so if it was like 2k less I’d say NP

Did he really say a 150k mile 9 year old Audi with a v8 is a reliable car because he drove it around town a few times with no check engine light? He’s either CP himself, naive, or a straight up liar.
I’m not ballsy enough to pay $12,500 for something like this but that doesn’t necessarily make it CP.

CP! 150k miles, 9 years old, and still wanting $13k? NOPE.
Yes I know it’s got a V8 and in pretty good shape, but it’s still a CP.

I’d want to know a detailed service history on the motor and as much as possible about what mods are on it. You’ve got the Stoptech big brake kit and the suspension is lowered in some way but what parts are on there is a big question mark.

I’m probably the minority but I think the wheels look dumb. They don’t “work” with the rest of the car’s design.

I’m with you. They belong on a sport compact or car that would look at home on a track. The wheels strip away the illusion that it’s “just another Audi” to a casual passerby. A lowercase q ship.

I’ll throw my hat in for the RPFs. RPF all the things. That said, if I’m doing an Audi v8 it’s either in something where I can access everything without pulling the engine, or in something so expensive that my mechanic will be on retainer for regular maintenance of my fleet of exotics . In either case, I’d rather build a 2.0t than deal with the hassle of the vee.

Absolutely. Very few aftermarket wheels look better then the factory wheels. Audi has always had fantastic looking wheels too.

NP, high mileage though and wheels don’t really work.
